1. Family & Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)

OkozukAI is designed for family use, task tracking, and financial literacy. We take children’s online safety and data privacy with utmost priority.

  • Parent-Managed Accounts: Children cannot register an independent account directly. Primary Parent accounts are created using Google Sign-In or parental email credentials. Child sub-profiles are created and strictly managed by the primary parent or authorized co-parents.

  • No Direct Data Collection from Children: We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. All child profiles (e.g., nicknames, avatars, assigned tasks) are input by or under the supervision of parents.

  • Data Minimization: We only collect the minimal information necessary to deliver our core task and allowance ledger features.

  • No Third-Party Advertising: We do not serve behavioral or targeted advertisements in the Service, nor do we sell, rent, or trade children’s or parents’ personal data to third parties.

2. Information We Collect

A. Account & Parent Information

  • Primary Account Data: Name, email address, and authentication tokens when logging in via Google SSO or email.

  • Family Configuration: Family invite codes, co-parent linking details, and preferred currency/app settings.

B. Child Profile Information

  • Profile Attributes: Nickname, assigned chore list, reward points/allowance balance history, and goal milestones. (We advise parents not to use full real legal names for child profiles).

C. Usage & Technical Data

  • Device & Log Data: Device type, operating system version, app version, language preference, and error log data necessary for app performance and security.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

  1. To provide, maintain, and improve core app functionalities (task tracking, ledger balance updates, and family notifications).

  2. To issue real-time push notifications requested by parents (such as task completion alerts or commute reminders).

  3. To process Premium subscriptions and manage account access.

  4. To respond to customer support inquiries sent to [email protected].

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell any personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers bound by strict confidentiality agreements to run our service infrastructure:

  • Cloud Infrastructure & Authentication: Google Cloud / Firebase (for secure data storage and sign-in).

  • Payment Processing: Apple App Store and Google Play Store (for managing premium subscription billing).

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

You retain full ownership and control over your family’s data.

  • In-App Deletion: Parents can edit or delete child profiles and chore histories directly inside the App Settings.

  • Full Account Removal: You may delete your account and all associated family records at any time by navigating to Settings $\rightarrow$ Account Configuration $\rightarrow$ Delete Account, or by emailing [email protected]. Upon request, all stored data will be permanently wiped from our databases.

6. Security of Your Data

We implement industry-standard encryption (HTTPS / TLS) for data in transit and secure database rules to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your personal information.

プライバシーポリシー（個人情報保護方針）

株式会社 AP（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション「OkozukAI（おこづかいAI）」（以下「本サービス」といいます）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。

第1条（お子様のプライバシー保護と保護者同意）

当社は、ご家族で安心・安全に本サービスをご利用いただくため、13歳未満のお子様のプライバシー保護に細心の注意を払っています。

  1. 保護者によるアカウント管理: お子様が単独でアカウントを開設することはできません。保護者様がGoogleログイン等を通じて親アカウントを作成し、お子様のプロフィール（ニックネーム等）を登録・管理するものとします。

  2. 直接収集の防止: 当社がお子様から直接、連絡先や個人識別情報を収集することはありません。

  3. 第三者広告の排除: 本サービス内において、お子様の行動履歴等を追跡・分析する行動ターゲティング広告の配信や、データを第三者に販売・提供することは一切行いません。

第2条（収集する情報）

当社は、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、以下の情報を取得します。

  1. 保護者アカウント情報: 氏名、メールアドレス、Google SSO等の認証ID

  2. ファミリー情報: ファミリー招待コード、グループ連携設定

  3. お子様プロフィール情報: ニックネーム、お手伝い（タスク）の内容、獲得お小遣い履歴、目標設定データ

  4. 端末・アクセス情報: OSの種類・バージョン、アプリの利用履歴・ログ情報、端末識別子（セキュリティおよびトラブルシューティング目的のみ）

第3条（利用目的）

取得した個人情報は、以下の目的のみに利用します。

  1. 本サービスの提供、運用、および機能改善（タスク管理、お小遣い帳残高の計算、通知機能等）

  2. 保護者様とお子様間での通知（帰宅リマインダーやタスク完了通知）の送信

  3. プレミアムプラン等の有料サブスクリプションの決済・課金管理

第4条（個人情報の第三者提供）

当社は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供・開示することはありません。

第5条（データの管理・開示・削除権限）

ユーザーは、いつでも自らの個人情報を管理・削除する権利を有します。

  1. アプリ内での変更・削除: 保護者様は、アプリ内の設定画面より、いつでもお子様のプロフィールやタスク履歴の修正・削除を行えます。

  2. アカウントの完全削除: アプリ内の「設定」>「アカウント削除」、またはお問い合わせ窓口（[email protected]）へご連絡いただくことで、ファミリー全体の登録データおよび履歴をサーバーから完全に消去できます。

当社は、個人情報の漏洩、滅失または毀損を防止するため、適切な暗号化通信（HTTPS/TLS）およびアクセス制限等の安全管理措置を講じます。
